CaBuReRa Partnership Meeting and Mid-Term Mobility Meeting for the second group of participants took place in Amman, Jordan, from June 26th to the 2nd of July 2015. It involved the 51 young participants from Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, Portugal, Italy and Greece who from May till August 2015 are doing an internship in the field of project management in different organisations located on the other side of the Mediterranean Sea basin. These participants are young graduates and unemployed who are trying to become part of the labour market: they belong to the second group of young people to whom CaBuReRa offers a valuable opportunity of capacity building.
CaBuReRa is an ENPI CBC Med project aimed to reduce the rate of youth unemployment in the Euro-Mediterranean area by giving participant the opportunity to gain across-the-board skills in the field of project management and international cooperation.
During the Partnership Meeting the CaBuReRa partners analysed the state of play of the project implementation and focused their attention on the 51 young participants who are now living their mobility experience.
The Mid-Term Mobility Meeting was a unique opportunity for the participants to meet each other, to be trained on project writing and call for proposals and to share their mobility experience. Moreover, the trainers and participants worked in synergy to capitalise the skills acquired during their mobility experience, learning a successful way of using these competences in the labour market. The Mobility- Meeting has been also an opportunity to introduce the CaBuReRa participants to the internship at national level they will do once back in their own countries.
